Biography

Returned to competitive golf for the 2010 campaign after a protracted spell away from the game and finished tied 11th at the Qualifying School to gain his card for the 2011 season. Lost his card after finishing 155th in The Race to Dubai but secured an immediate return by taking the 13th card at the 2011 Qualifying School Final Stage. Went to college in Texas on a golf scholarship but decided to return home after one year to continue his studies in Denmark. Turned professional in 1999 and played five years on the Challenge Tour before taking a six year break during which time he managed young golfers. Fancied giving Tour life one more chance, saying he “hadn’t discovered all his potential”. Close friends with Søren Kjeldsen and hopes to follow in his footsteps as a European Tour winner. Is a keen runner.
