Grew up next to the famous F1 circuit, Magny Cours in France. His father, Dany, was a famous rally driver and had a car company there. He first swung a golf club on the course next to the circuit. In 2002, he joined the Dijon Golf Club and met Antoine Lebouc, former European Tour player and husband of Patricia Meunier Lebouc of the Ladies European Tour. That meeting inspired him to become a professional himself. It took him two years to succeed and earn membership of the Challenge Tour after a good season on the Alps Tour. Won the 2006 Tessali-Metaponto Open di Puglia e Basilicata on the Challenge Tour before winning his place on The European Tour at the 2008 Qualifying School Final Stage. Lost his card in 2009 and spent three seasons back on the Challenge Tour. Had the misfortune of finishing 21st in the Rankings in 2011, one spot away from graduation, but took 18th place in 2012 and improved his category for 2013 by taking the 12th card at the Qualifying School Final Stage. His mental coach is Edgar Grospiron, an Olympic freestyle skiing gold medalist in 1992 in Albertville and World Champion in 1995.
