Started playing golf when he was six years old, after his stepfather Ola Eliasson, then a European Tour professional, came into his family, and gained inspiration by following Eliasson on the course at tournaments before deciding he wanted to emulate his stepfather. Turned professional in 2010 and started his career on the Nordic Golf League, before victory in the 2010 Landskrona Masters helped earn him a Challenge Tour card for 2011, en route to finishing 86th in the Rankings, thanks to a tie for sixth at the Norwegian Challenge. Won the Qualifying School Second Stage at El Valle Golf Resort that same season, before a consistent performance at the Final Stage gave him the 12th card. Had a promising start to 2012, making his first seven cuts, but struggled in the second half of the year and had to return to the Qualifying School, where he took the 23rd card to earn another bite of the cherry. He could only manage a 144th place finish on The Race to Dubai however, which saw him return to the Challenge Tour in 2014 and claim a maiden title at the Northern Ireland Open Challenge presented by Maui Jim Sunglasses. Despite leading by six shots after day three at Galgorm Castle, he did not have it all his own way and showed great determination to card a closing birdie to win by a stroke. He would finish the season 42nd on the Rankings, before once again earning a shot at the big time via the Qualifying School, where he claimed the 16th card on offer at PGA Catalunya Resort. Is a big fan of house music, particularly Swedish House Mafia.
