Retained his European Tour card for the first time in 2015 thanks largely to three top four finishes – two of which came towards the end of the season, in Italy and at the lucrative Alfred Dunhill Links Championship. Turned professional in 2010 and started his career on the Nordic League. Won the European Tour Qualifying School Second Stage at El Valle Golf Resort in 2011, before a consistent performance at the Final Stage gave him the 12th card. Had to return to the Qualifying School for the subsequent three seasons after failing to retain his playing rights, succeeding in 2012 and 2014. Played on the European Challenge Tour in 2014, winning the Northern Ireland Open Challenge. Took a six shot lead into the final round at Galgorm Castle, but had to birdie the final hole to win by a single stroke. Started playing golf when he was six years old, after his stepfather Ola Eliasson, then a European Tour professional, came into his family. Gained inspiration by following Eliasson on the course at tournaments before deciding he wanted to emulate his stepfather. Is a big fan of house music, particularly Swedish House Mafia.
