Biography

Claimed the second and third Challenge Tour victories of his career in 2009 to secure a return to The European Tour for the second time via the Challenge Tour route and has retained his card ever since, finishing 104th in The Race to Dubai in 2012. Came close to winning his first European Tour title at the 2011 Avantha Masters, but narrowly missed out in the end to SSP Chowrasia. Was involved in a car crash three days before the 1998 Qualifying School Final Stage, but attempted to play. Shot a 78 on the first day, but was forced to withdraw after six holes of his second round. On returning home, discovered he had broken two ribs and was sidelined for eight weeks. Worked on his father’s Petticoat Lane market stall to finance his early golfing career.
