Sweden’s Pehr Magnebrant claimed his second Challenge Tour victory with a closing five under par 67 to win the Norwegian Open at Sorknes GC by three strokes. The 29-year-old finished on 281, seven under par, to finish ahead of compatriot Patrik Gottfridson.

Magnebrant, winner of the Open dei Tessali last season, claimed 10,233 with his victory. He started the final round two shots off the lead but cruised to victory with a superb final round. Gottfridson shot a 71 to finish ahead of Finland’s Mika Gehtinen while South African Jean Hugo claimed fourth spot with a closing round of 73 for a two under par total of 286.
