The Hauts de France Pas de Calais Golf Open will be one of four French events on the Challenge Tour International Schedule in 2019.
The legendary event returns to the European Challenge Tour for an 18th year, taking place from June 13-16, in an early season tournament that has a habit of revealing who the key players to watch are.
It will be the first of four visits to France, as Aa Saint Omer Golf Club plays host for an 18th time, having first appeared on the Challenge Tour from 2000 to 2002 before a two year break, ahead of its return and ever presence from 2005.
Last year, Welshman Stuart Manley outlasted Scotland’s Grant Forrest in a three hole play-off at Aa Saint-Omer Golf Club to seal victory. It was a sign of things to come, as both Manley and Forrest developed into two of the most consistent performers in 2018 and ultimately earned European Tour cards as the Challenge Tour Number Nine and Seven respectively.
