After four years of searching, Paul Nilbrink of Sweden completed his maiden Challenge Tour victory when he edged out Gustavo Rojas of Argentina at the third hole of a sudden death playoff.
Sweden's Freddie Larsson came within touching distance of equalling the Espoo course record of 66 only to bogey the last two holes. But his 68 was good enough to give him the lead in the Volvo Finnish Open in Helsinki with one round left. Leaderboard
Frenchman Benoit Teilleria and Daniel Westermark, from Sweden, share the lead at the halfway mark of the Volvo Finnish Open in Helsinki. Teilleria carded a second successive 69 in the morning, then Westermark shot a best-of-the-day 68 to join him on six-under-par 138 and one stroke clear of the field.
Carl Suneson should take over top spot on the Challenge Tour rankings this week providing he makes the cut at the Volvo Finnish Open which starts in sunny Helsinki tomorrow.
