Fabrizio Zanotti extended his lead to six shots before a storm that lasted more than four hours prevented the Stella Artois - Tigo Carlos Franco Invitational 2011 third round being completed.

The Paraguayan was able to get through just ten holes, but after opening with a pair of 67s, was two under for his third round when play was suspended for the day.

That stretched his lead from four to six at the Carlos Franco Country & Golf Club, his aggregate score improving to ten under par to stay in full control of the event sanctioned by the Tour de las Americas and the TPG Tour of Argentina.
