A four under par 66 saw Sergio Garcia move to within two shots of the lead at the Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial.

The Spaniard started his day with an eagle and added three birdies and a single bogey to his card.

That was two behind former Masters Tournament winner and US Ryder Cup star Zach Johnson, with a quartet of Americans – including last week’s winner Jason Dufner – tied for second.

Argentina’s Andres Romero is level with Garcia in a tie for sixth, while South Africans Trevor Immelman and Louis Oosthuizen are level par and one over respectively.
