We bring you all the latest from the movers and shakers trying to edge their way into an automatic spot or hoping to catch Captain Jose Maria Olazabal’s eye for a wild-card selection.

This week The European Tour heads to Paris for the oldest national open in Continental Europe, the Alstom Open de France.  Le Golf National, the course that will stage the 2018 Ryder Cup, plays hosts for the eleventh consecutive year and a world-class field including Martin Kaymer, Justin Rose, Graeme McDowell and World Number Three Lee Westwood will be competing.
