Took the 29th card at the European Tour Qualifying School in 2010 to secure his maiden season playing the International Schedule in 2011. Had a taste of European Tour action when he led the 2010 Open de España, eventually finishing 46th. Remembers playing with plastic golf clubs around the house as a young child and started playing properly when he was ten, following in the footsteps of “practically everyone else in his family”. His parents are both good players - his mother was on the verge of turning professional when she was 19, but then met his father and decided to start a family instead – and his brother is also a professional. Away from the course, he loves hiking and climbing in the mountains, scuba diving and football, particularly Real Mallorca. Also enjoys foraging for wild mushrooms and loves dogs.
