The younger of two Argentine golfing brothers finished outside the top 40 on the 2011 Order of Merit for the first time in eight full seasons on the Senior Tour. Just missed out on a fourth Senior Tour title in 2009, finishing tied second in the Cleveland Golf/Srixon Scottish Senior Open, one stroke behind winner Glenn Ralph. Won his third Senior Tour title in 2005 at the Tobago Plantations Seniors Classic, a result which helped him to a career high of fourth on the Order of Merit. A regular on The European Tour between 1986 and 1991, he went on to join the US Champions Tour in 2003 but did not make an impression there and decided instead to join Horacio on the European Senior Tour in 2004, winning twice that year. A lover of Bond movies, proved he has a ‘golden eye’ of his own with six career holes in one in competition.
