After a dramatic fourth round at PGA Catalunya Resort, europeantour.com took a statistical look at the key numbers from Cut Day at The European Tour Qualifying School Final Stage.

63 – The low round of the day to par, nine under par shot by leader Carlos Del Moral on the Stadium Course

62 – The numerical low round of the day, eight under par, shot on the Tour Course by 3 players (Liam Bond (+1), Tain Lee (-8) and Niccolo Quintarelli (-9))

25 – Places Del Moral jumped up the leaderboard thanks to his fourth-round heroics

45 – Places Quintarelli moved up in the standings after his 62

48 – The day record number of spots leapt by American Lee (from 62nd to tied 18th)

10 – Places overnight co-leader Jens Dantorp dropped (from tied 1st to tied 11th) just by shooting a level par 72

7 – Nationalities represented in the top (3 Englishmen, 2 Americans,1 Dane, 1 Frenchman, 1 Paraguayan, 1 Spaniard and 1 Swede)

103 – Rounds under par on Wednesday with very little wind at PGA Catalunya

71 – Players to make the cut on 2 under par or better

7 – Unlucky players who missed out on the last two rounds by just a stroke (Bjorn Akesson, Alexander Bjork, Matteo Delpodio, David Dixon, Oscar Floren, Joakim Lagergren, James Robinson)

15 – The few European Tour winners in the field to survive the four-round cut

2 – Of the six former Final Stage winners to make the grade (Simon Wakefield and Alastair Forsyth)

4 – Every Second Stage winner will play on Thursday and Friday (James Heath, Chris Hanson, Andrew Johnston and Del Moral)
