Four sub-70 rounds, including a closing 66, earned Germany's Sven Struver his second European Tour title by three strokes from Russell Claydon and, in just four days, lifted him from 125th in the Volvo Rankling and into the top 20.  It was a fairytale win for Struver, who had made money in only six of his 17 tournaments appearnces of 1997.  "This win means so much to me because I've been going through a tough time," he said.  "It just shows what you can achieve on the European Tour if you keep trying."
