General
Due to the elevation of the course, the ball travels probably 10% further than normal, so the course plays shorter than its yardage.
There has been some re-design of the greens recently - however, this places great emphasis on the need to control the shot into the green as balls will slide off the greens very easily if not properly controlled.
The fairways are wet from recent rain so there is not much roll on the ball.
Grasses
Tees: rye/ fescue / poa annua
Greens: creeping bent / poa annua
Fairways: rye / fescue / poa annua / colonial bent

Fairways
Average width, but due to the mountainside location of the course, many fairways are either severely uphill or downhill, which means it can be critical to control the length of the drive off tee.
