General Playability - Fast and tricky greens. Good putting will be the key.
Undulating/ flat - Very flat
Tree lined/exposed - Bushes left and right of every fairway
Many / few water hazards - 1 small pond not in play on hole 12th
Changes to the course - New Bunkers on holes: 1,6, 8 and 18th
