Any specific comments - Lots of slope which will be a big factor in the event.

FAIRWAYS
Type of grass - 419 - Bermuda 
Height of cut - 11 mm
General width and contouring - Quite tight with a lot of movement on some holes through drive distance.  Some also have considerable slope which will make them hard to hold. This will be a key factor with water on the edge of the fairway on holes 2, 9 and 17.

OTHER FEATURES 
The course is home to large numbers of golden eagles as well as 41 other varieties of birds. 

An area of environmentally sensitive ground  which crosses holes 14 and 15 is a “play prohibited area” and players will be required to take a penalty drop under the water hazard rule if their ball comes to rest in one of these areas.
