David Howell, the 2006 BMW PGA Champion, tasted glory on the West Course once again when he led his BMW team to victory in the BMW PGA Championship Pro-Am.

Howell and his team of Edward, Michael and Peter Lovett, won the overall prize with a 17 under par score in the afternoon. They were presented with their prizes by Tim Abbott, Managing Director BMW (UK) Ltd, after their net 54 beat Paul Lawrie and his Sky team of Rik Dovey, David Randal and Matt Le Tissier by a stroke after the 1999 Open Champions team topped the morning leaderboard.
