Special features - The 16^th & 17^th holes are played over a water filled, rare quarry, which will be very much in play on the 16^th for those players opting to go for the green on this short par 4.
General playability - Potentially slightly easier than last year due to lighter rough.
Undulating / flat - Some notable changes in elevation on a few holes otherwise only minor undulation.

The course is surrounded by a housing complex with all buildings including the clubhouse built with Tuscan style architecture and materials. The course itself features many new and old trees including thousand year old Gingka trees
