Volvo is the title sponsor of the Volvo Golf Champions, the Swedish automotive brand comprising Volvo Car Corporation and Volvo Group.
In 1988, Volvo helped change the face of the European Tour when it became the first over-arching sponsor of the circuit by supporting its flagship events, the Volvo PGA Championship and the Volvo Masters as well as the groundbreaking Volvo Order of Merit on which the current Race to Dubai is based.
