*    His third European Tour International Schedule victory in his 261st European Tour event.

*    Moves to €803,152 in The Race to Dubai.

*    Could move to inside the top 70 of the Official World Golf Ranking from 89th.  

*    His first European Tour victory since the 2007 Johnnie Walker Championship at Gleneagles. This is a gap of six years and 342 days between victories.

*    Played in 190 European Tour events between victories number two and three. Only played in 29 events between wins one and two.

*    This victory beats his previous best finish since his 2007 victory of tied second in the 2013 BMW PGA Championship.

*    This victory beats his previous 2014 performance of third in the Aberdeen Asset Management Scottish Open.

*    Continues with his fine recent form. Was third in the Aberdeen Asset Management Scottish Open, tied 39th in The 143rd Open Championship and tied 15th at the US PGA Championship.

*    Has now won €577,779 in his last four European Tour events.
