Rounds of 68-66-68-70 for the Swede this week, who says he's going to go into hiding to recover from what's been a long season.

Henrik Stenson

...winner of back-to-back DP World Tour Championships

23 birdies overall this for Stenson, who managed to birdie the 18th three times out of four. The presentation is underway and Henrik deservedly gets a massive ovation for what he's achieved here. Rory's waiting in the wings to collect his Race To Dubai trophy. What a fitting end to a marvellous season.

We'll hear more from Henrik, Rory and Justin Rose later on, so stay with us on the blog for all of that, plus video highlights and all the reaction to this amazing finale to the 2014 Race To Dubai...

What's Henrik got to say:

"I didn't give up, I stayed in there"

"The par putt at 12 was vital after making double the hole before"

"If you stick around, you eventually get some luck."

Crowd erupt as the final putt drops.

As Stenson signs his card for a 16 under par winning total, let's hear from Rory, who got close despite being far from his very best:

"I felt at my best on the first day of this tournament"

(On winning the 2014 Race To Dubai)

"It's a great feeling to know that I've played the best golf of any of the guys is nice"

"It's been a great season, the wins have been great, but I'm most proud of the weeks like this, where I haven't played my best, but still contended for titles."

Hugs for his team after only needing one putt at the final green, and it's a two-shot victory for the Swede, who defends a title for the first time in his career. Great performance and what a way to finish a season!

Henrik Stenson

...the number one at the DP World Tour Championship again

Henrik Stenson - 2014 DP World Tour Championship winner!

Cabrera-Bello misses his birdie effort at the 72nd hole and will now clear the stage for our main main. Sad finish for Rafa, but when the disappointment of his closing holes here has died down, he'll be able to reflect on another good season on The European Tour.

You have to admire the perseverance Stenson has shown today. After that double bogey at the 11th, he made a couple of nervy par saves, when things could've un-ravelled for him. Stenson made sure that wasn't going to happen though.

Wonderful! A typically brutal Stenson strike and his ball comes to rest about six feet away. And folks, that should be that. Two putts for it now.

It feels like the whole of Dubai falls quiet as Stenson addresses the ball ahead of his third into this par five. He backs off though and calls on the caddie for some re-assurances...
