Bernd Wiesberger raced out the blocks when the KLM Open began at The Dutch.

The 31 year old Austrian began on the back nine in Spijk, and birdied the tenth and 11th.

Further gains followed on the 14th and 18th – both par fives – as Wiesberger turned in a four under par 32.

That was a shot clear of France’s Romain Langasque, who was three under through five, with six players tied for third.

South African Jaco Ahlers, Argentine Rafa Echenique, England’s Richard Finch, Frenchman Damien Perrier, Scot Duncan Stewart and China’s Ashun Wu were all two under in the early stages.
