The Tour Fit for Golf, launched in cooperation with the European Tour Performance Institute, has been established to help recreational golfers of any standard optimise, for the first time, both their health and golf performance. Tour Fit For Golf is an online platform utilizing the collective knowledge of the European Tour Performance Institute, amassed on The European Tour from players and medical professionals, to help all golfers, Tour Professionals and amateurs; young and old, to understand and emulate what the best players do to reach their peak performance.
