This week The European Tour travels to the island of Sicily for the Sicilian Open. European Tour Weekly will be on the range at the Verdura Golf and Spa Resort getting the latest thoughts from the players on the eve of the tournament.

Raphael Jacquelin claimed his first win in four years and his third title overall at this event last year and ETW travelled to France to catch up with him on the slopes as he prepares for the defence of his title.

Our review this week looks back at the action that took place over the weekend at the Trophee Hassan II in Morocco

One of those taking part in Morocco was Jbe Kruger. Kruger had a solid 2011 as an affiliate member of The European Tour, carding five top ten finishes. This year has seen him raise his game to claim his maiden title at the Avantha Masters, and in doing so join the ever-increasing list of South African winners on The European Tour. He took time out from the golf to share the secret of his success with us.

Consistency is what all golfers strive for and keen amateur golfer and sports writer Derek Clements is no different. We find out how The European Tour is helping Derek at a golf academy in the south of France.

Together with all of the latest news and statistics from the Tour, this completes another edition of European Tour Weekly.
