This week European Tour Weekly comes from Stockholm, Sweden, venue for the Nordea Masters.  ETW will be on the range at the Bro Hof Slott course with all the latest thoughts from the players on the eve of the event.

Local favourite Alexander Noren is the defending champion and he tells us about how it felt to achieve such a stunning victory in front of friends and family. Noren won by a massive seven shots after carding a course record 63 in the third round.

Noren also triumphed in Wales last year and we will see how he and the rest of the field got on at the ISPS Handa Wales Open at Celtic Manor last week.

Like many of Sweden’s top golfers Joel Sjöholm has two sporting passions – golf and ice hockey. Once a year he coaches his local team and Sjöholm took time out from a golfing clinic to let ETW film him at a match.

Roger Chapman made history in America recently by becoming the first Englishman to win the USPGA Seniors Championship. He’s also the first European since 1947 to win the prestigious title. ETW caught up with him during the Benahavis Masters in Spain to talk about the greatest moment of his golfing career, and we will bring news of how Roger and the other players fared at La Quinta Golf and Country Club.

The Challenge Tour is also in Spain this week for the Fred Olsen Challenge de España. The last three winners at the Tecina Golf in La Gomera on the Canary Islands all graduated onto The European Tour, and this year’s contestants will be hoping for a similar outcome.

Together with all of the latest news and statistics from the Tour, this completes another edition of European Tour Weekly.
