European Tour Weekly stays in China for a second week for the final World Golf Championship event of the season. ETW will be on the range at Sheshan International Golf Club in Shenzhen with the latest news and views from the players on the eve of the WGC-HSBC Champions.

Teeing up at the WGC-HSBC Champions is the 2013 Alfred Dunhill Links Championship winner David Howell. Howell put several years of frustration behind him by beating Peter Uihlein in a play-off to record his fifth win on The European Tour International Schedule. Howell’s victory saw him climb from 176th in the World Rankings into the top 100 and secure a place at the seasons ending DP Tour World Championship for the first time.

Our review this week comes from Shanghai and ETW will bring you the best of the action from the BMW Masters presented by SRE Group at Lake Malaren Golf Club.

After weeks of sleepless nights. Ireland’s Peter Lawrie can finally relax after securing his European Tour card at the ISPS HANDA Perth International two weeks ago. The 2008 Open de Espana winner started the week 115th in The Race to Dubai, with only the top 110 after the tournament retaining their playing rights for 2014. Lawrie finished the week in a tie for 18th which saw him move into 109th position. ETW recently paid a visit to his home in Ireland where he talked about the tension of the last few weeks.

Together with all of the latest news and statistics from the Tour this completes another edition of European Tour Weekly.
