The 2014 season gets under way with the first of eight tournaments to be played in the Rainbow Nation, South Africa. Hosting the first event of the new season is Glendower Golf Club, as the South African Open Championship hosted by the City of Ekurhuleni returns to the venue for the first time since 1997. As always ETW will be getting all the latest news from the range on the eve of the event.

As the dust settles on the 2013 season our review this week comes from the season ending DP World Tour Championship, Dubai. ETW brings you the best of the action from Jumeirah Golf Estates, where Henrik Stenson was attempting to win The Race to Dubai for the first time.

One of the most prestigious trophies in golf was also up for grabs in Dubai, and we will bring you reactions and thoughts from the 2013 European Tour Weekly Golfer of the Year winner.

For those at the other end of the spectrum last week represented the final chance to secure their playing rights for the 2014 European Tour season. For the 156 golfers playing at the PGA Catalunya Resort in Girona, Spain, the Final Qualifying Stage is a nerve-wracking affair played over six gruelling days and ETW will bring all the news about the winners and losers from this most dramatic of weeks.
