However wife Jodi, a former air hostess he met on a flight between tournaments, is Canadian and he resides in Calgary, so he took up Canadian citizenship in 2004. Played on The European Tour from 1993 to 1997, winning the 1994 Open V33 Grand Lyon and the 1996 Benson and Hedges International Open before becoming a member of the US PGA Tour in 1997.
