Course Details
The Jack Nicklaus designed course at Gut Larchenhof features several wateer hazards around the finishing holes. Accuracy will be especially rewarded this year due to slightly firmer greens.
Course Layout
There will be little run on tee shots on a course that is generally played in quite windy conditions, with few trees to protect.
Tees and Fairways
Tees: Providence, Creeping and Bent Grass; Fairways: Bent, Lolium, Poa Pratensis of averag width with pleasing contours.
Greens
Greens: Providence, Creeping and Bent Grass. Greens were running at 10 on the stimp on Monday, many are played to diagonally.
Rough
Rough: Bent, Lolium, Poa Pratensis; Semi cut @ 25mm, Rough @ 58mm and Secondary Rough @ 100mm
