The new 2011 European Tour Fantasy Race game gets underway soon with a few exciting new twists and fantastic prizes and you can pre-register NOW.
As the 2010 game is now ended, and one lucky winner claimed a holiday to Atlantis, The Palm Dubai - the official hotel partner of Race to Dubai – while others won a variety of prizes from Titleist, focus is on the new season and the start of a new game at the Abu Dhabi Golf Championship from January 20-23, 2011.
The game is again completely FREE TO PLAY and will feature some sensational prizes but the format and rules have been tweaked.
The aim is still to accumulate as much prize money as possible throughout the season for your team of 15 players but with a few new rules.
Entrants to the European Tour Fantasy Race will again need to select a team of 15 players but in 2011 you will only be permitted to make up to five changes to your team between events.
And a big difference is that any money won by “Sold” players while they were in your chosen 15 will still count to your team’s earnings.
Lastly, Team changes can only be made on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
This will put emphasis on selecting form players for each week, trying to choose players who are likely to favour particular courses or events, without fear of their earnings dropping out of your team’s tally.
We hope these changes will make the game even more enjoyable and exciting for you.
As before, while you are competing in the main competition, you can also set-up your own Private League, where you and your friends can compete head-to-head.
