Adam Scott is set to return to the PGA Centenary Course, Gleneagles this summer to defend his Diageo Championship title. The Australian produced a record breaking performance in 2002 to win the title by ten shots, and is now relishing the opportunity to return to the world famous golf resort in Perthshire and compete in the £1.2 million Championship.
On confirming his entry, Scott stated: "I am excited to be returning to Gleneagles in June to defend the Diageo title. Naturally I have fond memories from last year - the quality of the facilities and the warmth of the Scottish welcome were outstanding. The course is one of the best we play and I am thrilled to be revisiting it."
