Meet Peter

The son of Wally Uihlein, CEO of Acushnet/Titleist, he attended Oklahoma State University and reached Number One in the World Amateur Rankings, having won th e 2010 U.S. Amateur Championship on his 21st birthday.

 

Started the 2013 season with only a Challenge Tour category, but won the Madeira Islands Open to gain full European Tour Membership, finishing the season a heady 14th in the Race to Dubai and as the winner of the Sir Henry Cotton Rookie of the Year.

 

Once came within a whisker of recording the first official 59 in European Tour history at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship at Kingsbarns.
