For those that have not previously competed on the European Tour, the main way to become a member of the Staysure Tour is to go to Qualifying School, which takes place at the beginning of each year.

Prospective players can also request an invite to any event during the year by writing to the Staysure Tour – a maximum of three invites are granted per tournament. In order to be eligible to compete in that event, a player must be 50 years of age on, or before, the first day of the tournament.

Both male professional golfers, who are 50 years of age or over prior to July 31, 2019, and male amateur golfers, who are 50 years of age on or before July 31, 2019, with a handicap of one or lower, can enter Staysure Tour Qualifying School. The event consists of two different stages which take place in Portugal across January and February.

Players finishing in positions 1-5 at the Staysure Tour Qualifying School Finals will be eligible for Ranked Membership of the Staysure Tour.
