BLUE BADGE PARKING
Please park at one of our dedicated Park & Ride locations. The addresses for these can be found below.
Sunningdale Park & Ride – Broomhall Farm, Sunningdale, SL5 0HD
Ascot Park & Ride – Royal Ascot Racecourse, Ascot, SL5 7JX
There will be dedicated parking spaces at the front of the Park & Ride car park for spectators who have a blue badge displayed in their vehicles. All our buses are accessible buses and will drop off at the entrance to the event, and in the same area as Event Mobility. All blue Badge holders must email tickets@europeantourgroup.com with the relevant documentation to secure a spot. PERSONAL ASSISTANTS
If you need a personal assistant to attend the event with you, the European Tour Group offers a complimentary carer ticket to customers with a disability who have purchased a ticket. To request a carers ticket please contact: ticketing@europeantourgroup.com
Proof of eligibility will be required.
WHEELCHAIR / MOTORISED CHAIR ACCESS AT THE CHAMPIONSHIP
Wheelchairs and other motorised chairs are allowed on the tournament grounds however we encourage you to use Event Mobility (see below). Golf carts are not permitted.
EVENT MOBILITY
Event Mobility will be providing a number of electric scooters at a cost of £35 and manual wheelchairs at £15 for hire by the elderly or disabled. The facility will be located onsite with attendants on hand to show you how to use the vehicles. You can book your scooter online at www.eventmobility.org.uk or by phone on 01386 725391.
DEDICATED WHEELCHAIR VIEWING AREAS LOCATED ON-SITE
A dedicated wheelchair viewing area will be positioned at the front of the 18th grandstand, back right of the green, and beside the 1st tee.
ACCESSIBLE TOILET FACILITIES
Accessible toilet facilities will be located within the Championship Village and out on course. Wheelchair ramps are provided in all public amenities in the Championship Village.
