WHAT ARE DIGITAL TICKETS?
Digital tickets are tickets that will be available on a mobile device to scan into the grounds of the course and are accessed through our website or app. Digital tickets are replacing the need for a paper or print-at-home ticket to enter a Hero Dubai Desert Classic Event.
HOW CAN I ACCESS MY TICKETS
Getting your tickets is quick and easy this year. Simply log in to the Hero Dubai Desert Classic mobile app to access your tickets within seconds. Please note that entry to the event is only through tickets accessible via the mobile app.
Follow these steps to view your tickets on the app:
Step 1: Download the Hero Dubai Desert Classic app from the App Store or Google Play using the QR code below.
Step 2: Log in with your registered email address.
Step 3: Activate your ticket.
Your tickets are only accessible using the same email address that you purchased the tickets with. We recommend familiarising yourself with accessing your tickets now so that on the day of the event you can easily present your ticket for scanning at the entrance!
