The Korean collected eight birdies and a solitary bogey at the Austrian venue to open up a two-shot lead over Frenchman Mathieu Fenasse and Sweden’s Niclas Johansson, who signed for respective rounds of 67 and 69.
Former Amateur Champion Bradley Neil carded a third successive round of 68 to move to 12 under par alongside Austrian Leonhard Astl, who shares fourth place with the Scot.
A total of 57 players qualified for the fourth and final round, with the top 22 and ties progressing to the Second Stage.
Meanwhile, over at Collingtree Park in England Simon Griffiths leads on 11 under par after a third round 71.
Griffiths shot a round of one under to sit ahead of compatriot Alex Belt on 10 under heading into the final round.
Rourke Van der Spuy shot the lowest round of the day, with the South African making an eagle and four birdies on his way to a 66.
