The field for the tournament will be 156 players.

(a) Players in the top 50 of the Official World Golf Ranking as of 14th June 2010.

(b) The 3 highest ranked French professionals not otherwise exempt from within Categories 1-12 only from the 2010 European Tour Exemption Category List. If there are less than 3 such players within these categories, the appropriate number of spots will be given back to the qualifying tournaments.

(c) The winner of and leading French player from the 2009 AGF-Allianz Tour. If one or both players are otherwise exempt, the appropriate number of spots will be given back to the qualifying tournaments.

(d) The leading 9 (subject to (b) and (c) above) players from the qualifying tournaments.

(e) 8 sponsor invitations. (If the number of amateurs qualifying through (c) and (d) is less than 6 then amateurs may be included in (e) to an overall maximum of 6 within these three categories).

(f) All other entries will be accepted in 2010 European Tour Exemption Category list order, excluding categories 4 and 5.
