"When I started on the Challenge Tour in 2006, it was a great start for me to get used to life with the travelling and the competition. I was asking myself can I compete with the guys? Am I good enough? The Challenge Tour really helped me with the transition from being an amateur to a professional. I'm really happy that it worked out so well. Now there is a German tournament again - I think that's great! We deserve a German tournament, at least one. I'm looking forward to following the tournament a bit and I hope it will be a very successful event in Germany."

"The news is terrific. The Challenge Tour has a huge status among young players. It is enormously important as preparation for the European Tour, in the transition from amateur to professional and to gain playing experience. We give young players the chance to get a taste of the professional game. On the Challenge Tour you can see quite well whether you have what it takes to play with the big names. Accordingly, it is very important that we now have a tournament in Germany again. I'm looking forward to it and of course I'll be there."

"Finally, we have a Challenge Tour tournament in Germany again. It's a great opportunity for players to develop their game, to get a taste of top European professional golf. For me personally, these were formative years on the Challenge Tour. I learned a lot, met many new colleagues and friends and it definitely prepared me for everything that came after."

"Personally, it means a lot to me that the Challenge Tour has a stop in Germany again. I really enjoy playing in front of a home crowd and I hope that will be possible this year. If you make it on the Challenge Tour, you can be sure that you are ready for the European Tour. It is the perfect preparation."

"I am very happy that we have a Challenge Tour tournament in Germany again. The Challenge Tour is incredibly important for the junior sector. I personally experienced this in 2014. I earned my ticket for the European Tour through invitations. Of course, the tournament is firmly scheduled in my calendar and I can hardly wait to play in September and hopefully be able to play for the victory."

"I am really looking forward to the tournament. It's a super event, especially in these difficult times. I think it's outstanding that the people in charge have taken the initiative. I learned a lot on the Challenge Tour in terms of what I need on the European Tour. So I have been able to develop extremely well and use the Challenge Tour as a springboard."
