Q. What’s the longest journey you’ve ever made?
A. Probably to get here (Pléneuf Val-André for the ALLIANZ Côtes D’Armor Open Bretagne) as I drove three hours to get to Folkestone for the Eurotunnel, over to Calais, then a five-hour drive to Pléeneuf Val-André.

Q. City or countryside?
A. Countryside, every time.

Q. Wild party or quiet night in?
A. Quiet night in these days.

Q. Who’s the greatest golfer that ever lived?
A. Ben Hogan.

Q. What’s your favourite article of clothing?
A. My snakeskin shoes.

Q. What’s the most expensive thing you’ve ever bought?
A. A car – a Toyota Celica.

Q. Worst piece of advice you’ve been given?
A. Not to buy a house in the mid 90s when I was earning a lot of money.

A. Denzil Washington and Ashley Judd.

A. Manny Pacquiao.
