Rory Franssen of Scotland secured the victory in the HotelPlanner Tour’s first outing in Estonia, which became the 52nd country to host an event on the Road to Mallorca.
It was Franssen’s maiden win on the Tour, a bogey-free final round of five under par seeing him to a three-stroke victory and moving the 27-year-old up 188 places to 30th in the Road to Mallorca Rankings.
Dutchman Wouter De Vries was the featured player for the week, the 39-year-old talking about his remarkable journey through the game, in this his rookie season on Tour, on his way to finishing in a tie for 23rd and moving into a spot to reach the Grand Final.
