The second round of the Italian Challenge Open Eneos Motor Oil was abandoned for the day at 11.19am on Friday due to heavy rain.
The players were brought in from the course due to flooded greens but the decision was made at 1.00pm local time to abandon play for the day, with the rain forecast to continue getting heavier throughout the day.

The first group of the day had reached the turn by the time the suspension came, with more than half the field still to begin their second rounds.
Play is scheduled to resume at 9.00am local time on Saturday.
