Jorge Campillo recovered from a late double bogey to defeat David Drysdale in a dramatic, high quality play-off at the 2020 Commercial Bank Qatar Masters.
The Spaniard needed five extra holes to earn his second European Tour title after tying Drysdale on 13 under par with a final round 72, and twice kept his hopes alive with lengthy birdie putts on the first two play-off holes.
Following two routine pars at the third and fourth play-off holes in Doha, Campillo rolled in another putt from 20 feet for birdie to capture victory at his 250th event.
