A win at the season’s penultimate event in Hangzhou saw the Dane climb to the summit of the season-long Rankings for the first time. A play-off defeat in May at the Challenge de Catalunya, which kickstarted Brown’s year, was followed by another runner-up finish at the Swiss Challenge. The Le Vaudreuil Golf Challenge saw Brown claim his third second place of the campaign before he finally notched his second HotelPlanner Tour title in China last time out.

Top ten finishes: 5 (2 wins)
Christofer Blomstrand had an August to remember in the 2026 season, during which he won twice, first at the Scottish Challenge supported by the R&A before winning on home soil at the Dormy Open by Creekhouse. The three-time HotelPlanner Tour winner complemented these with two sixth place finishes, in Finland and Abu Dhabi, and a runner-up at the Jonsson Workwear Durban Open in South Africa and is all-but secure for a place on the DP World Tour for the 2027 season.

Having qualified through the Pro Golf Tour last season, one of the HotelPlanner Tour’s Official Satellite Tours, Lars Van der Vight has had a rookie season to remember. A second round 59 in Germany, the fifth sub-60 round in HotelPlanner Tour history, set the Dutchman up perfectly for his maiden win at the German Challenge powered by VcG. He added a second win of the season at the first event on the final swing, at the Hainan Open, where he had a strong weekend to finish top of the pack. The Dutchman would finish third the following week in Hangzhou and has his sights firmly set on the Number One berth in Mallorca.
Pablo Ereño
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 4
Country: Spain
Date of birth: December 30th, 2003
Top ten finishes: 8 (1 win)
In just his rookie season on the HotelPlanner Tour, Pablo Ereño has shown his class throughout. It didn’t take long for the young Spaniard to prove his quality, earning finishes in a share of third and fourth in the opening four events in South Africa. A win would soon follow in his homeland of Spain, Ereño prevailing in a play-off at the Challenge de Catalunya in just his sixth start on the Road to Mallorca. The 22-year-old hasn’t been outside the all-important top 15 in the Rankings all season, reaching first for a short period in August, a mark which he will be pushing for this week.
Tapio Pulkkanen
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 5
Country: Finland
Date of birth: May 21st, 1990
Top ten finishes: 5 (1 win)
Being in the hunt during the Grand Final is a position Finn Tapio Pulkkanen is accustomed to. The 36-year-old won the Rankings in 2017 before also qualifying in Mallorca in 2024. Pulkkanen secured the second HotelPlanner Tour win of his career this season at the Danish Golf Challenge via a play-off and will be hoping to qualify for Golf’s Global Tour in Mallorca for the third time this week and has put himself in a good position to do so thanks to a strong finish to the season. Pulkkanen finished second at the Abu Dhabi Challenge and backed that up with a third-place at the Hainan Open, registering important points that saw him climb eight places. Can he become the first two-time winner of the Rankings?
MJ Daffue
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 6
Country: South Africa
Date of birth: January 13th, 1989
Top ten finishes: 6 (2 wins)
MJ Daffue took control of the Road to Mallorca Rankings early on in the season by winning two of the first five events. The first came in South Africa at the NTT DATA Pro-Am during a weather-affected 54-hole tournament in George, but Daffue then proved his ability over 72-holes by winning the DP World PGTI Open a month later. This gave the 37-year-old the chance to compete on the DP World Tour, where he has played 14 events this season, earning a third place finish and one other top ten. And while he has only played nine HotelPlanner Tour events this season, he has earned five top tens, which have seen him sit comfortably near the top of the Rankings for the duration of the campaign.
Julien Sale
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 7
Country: France
Date of birth: September 26th, 1997
Top ten finishes: 6 (1 win)
Julien Sale had not managed a finish inside the top 15 in any event before he came from behind to become the first ever French winner of the Le Vaudreuil Golf Challenge in July and storm up the Rankings. He followed the victory the very next week with a runner up finish in Germany, coming up a shot short of a chance to win in back-to-back weeks. Three top tens and a third-place finish have since followed, as Sale leads the French charge into the Grand Final.
John Gough
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 8
Country: England
Date of birth: October 23rd, 1998
Top ten finishes: 3 (2 wins)
John Gough may not have made lots of cuts this season, but when he has got himself in contention, he has shown his quality. Sebastian Friedrichsen
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 9
Country: Denmark
Date of birth: September 27th, 2002
Top ten finishes: 6 (1 win)
It took until late September, but Sebastian Friedrichsen finally got the win he would've felt his season merited at the Open de Portugal. A final round nineunderpar 62 saw him to a 28 under par winning total, the lowest of the year. The win complemented four other top tens for Friedrichsen, who will be hoping to keep his top 15 place and have another stab at the DP World Tour, having failed to keep his card there in his rookie season in 2024.
Liam Nolan
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 10
Country: Ireland
Date of birth: March 26th, 2000
Top ten finishes: 5 (1 win)
Irishman Liam Nolan has had an incredible season. Making the cut in 15 of his 21 starts, his campaign has been one of consistency, and he has never looked in danger of missing out on earning his spot for this week. He clinched his maiden HotelPlanner Tour win with a four-stroke victory at the Abu Dhabi Challenge where he carded four rounds of 66 or better. He backed that up with a tie for fifth at the Hainan Open as he looks to make this season even more memorable by securing a DP World Tour card.
Adam Wallin
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 11
Country: Sweden
Date of birth: December 7th, 2001
Top ten finishes: 8 (0 wins)
Having starred on the Nordic Golf League last season, an Official Satellite Tour, Adam Wallin has made the most of his rookie campaign, being one of the most consistent performers without a win. His best outing came when he finished runner-up to compatriot Blomstrand in Scotland, but the young Swede has also finished third, sixth three times, seventh and eighth, to be the highest-ranked player without a victory.
Will Enefer
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 12
Country: England
Date of birth: October 2nd, 1997
Top ten finishes: 4 (1 win)
After winning the second event of the season at the CIRCA Cape Town Open all the way back in February, Will Enefer has flown under the radar. But the '23 graduate has never gone away, getting another top five at the Italian Challenge Open and two other top tens to cement his season-long position towards the top of the Rankings and be in a great position to graduate for the second time.
Maxence Giboudot
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 13
Country: France
Date of birth: January 31st, 2004
Top ten finishes: 3 (0 wins)
After two seasons fighting to stay on the HotelPlanner Tour, Maxence Giboudot has taken a step up this season and is firmly in the hunt for a DP World Tour card. He started as he meant to go on, with a third-place finish at the season-opening SDC Open and came closest to a win when he lost in a play-off to Tapio Pulkkanen at the Danish Golf Challenge. The young Frenchman secured another top-five finish on home soil at Blot Play9 but has yet to register another top ten since but will be looking for a good performance this week as he aims to stay inside the top 15 at the end of the week.
Andrew Wilson
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 14
Country: England
Date of birth: March 29th, 1994
Top ten finishes: 5 (0 wins)
Entering August, Andrew Wilson had made the cut at just over half of his events on the 2026 Road to Mallorca and was languishing outside the top 100 in the Rankings with only one top ten finish all season. But a solo second at the Infortar Estonian Challenge sparked a run of consecutive cuts that saw him to another runner-up finish and another top ten, and a huge leap up the Rankings, putting him in a great position to return to the DP World Tour, having spent the 2022-2025 seasons there.
Matthew Southgate
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 15
Country: England
Date of birth: October 3rd, 1988
Top ten finishes: 3 (1 win)
There were emotional scenes from Matthew Southgate following his incredible eight-stroke victory at the Swiss Challenge, a final round nine under par 62 meaning the rest of the field didn’t have a chance. It was his maiden win on either the HotelPlanner or DP World Tour, where he has played much more of his golf having made over 300 starts, and where he will be looking to return to Golf’s Global Tour this week.
Louis Albertse
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 16
Country: South Africa
Date of birth: September 10th, 1996
Top ten finishes: 3 (0 wins)
Another man with two runner-up finishes this season, Louis Albertse, has done well to get himself into the mix having missed a considerable chunk of the season between the South African swing in February and the Swiss Challenge in June. A 13th finish in Switzerland was followed by a stunning eagle on the final hole in Austria to finish solo secondbefore then coming up agonisingly short again in Ireland to compatriot Justin Harding.
Kristian Hjort Bressum
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 17
Country: Denmark
Date of birth: September 28th, 2000
Top ten finishes: 3 (0 wins)
Kristian Hjort Bressum has had a memorable rookie season on the HotelPlanner Tour after earning playing privileges via the Global Amateur Pathway Rankings last season. A tied fourth place finish at the Raiffeisenbank Golf Challenge in July came in just his second made cut of the season, but since then Bressum has gone from strength to strength, having missed the cut just twice in ten starts since. An opening round 64 at the English Trophy set up a third-place finish, before the Dane claimed his best finish of the season last time out at the Hangzhou Open where he came second to play his way into the field for this week.
MJ Viljoen
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 18
Country: South Africa
Date of birth: May 8th, 1995
Top ten finishes: 2 (1 win)
Winning the very first HotelPlanner Tour event of the season at the SDC Open gave MJ Viljoen the perfect start, the South African ascending to the top of the Rankings and staying there until March’s DP World PGTI Open.. The South African has managed one other top five in the shape of a third-place finish at the Le Vaudreuil Golf Challenge and will be hoping to end the season in the same manner that he started it.
David Horsey
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 19
Country: England
Date of birth: April 14th, 1985
Top ten finishes: 5 (0 wins)
With four DP World Tour wins and three HotelPlanner Tour titles to his name, David Horsey is one of the most decorated players teeing it up in Mallorca this week. And the Englishman knows what it means to win the Rankings, having done so in 2008, stepping up to Golf’s Global Tour where he then stayed for 15 successful years. It means Horsey will be a man to be feared as he looks to return to the circuit he has had so much success on.
Marc Warren
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 20
Country: Scotland
Date of birth: April 1st, 1981
Top ten finishes: 2 (0 wins)
It's been a tale of two very different runner up finishes this season for Marc Warren. The first came in Switzerland, where the Scot made up a group of seven tied behind runaway winner Matthew Southgate. The second came in Portugal, where 54-hole leader Warren saw his hopes of a third HotelPlanner Tour win slip away as he was hampered by illness. Either way, it's been a very consistent season for the 45-year-old, who has made 14 out of 19 cuts and enters the Grand Final chasing a card.
Pedro Figueiredo
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 21
Country: Portugal
Date of birth: June 13th, 1991
Top ten finishes: 5 (0 wins)
A full 20 years after making his HotelPlanner Tour debut aged 14 at the 2006 Estoril Challenge, Pedro Figueiredo has shown all of his experience this year to have an excellent chance to return to the DP World Tour for the 2027 season. The one-time winner has three top five finishes as well as two other top tens and, having been in and around the promotion places, looks well placed to succeed in Mallorca for a second time.
Charlie Forster
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 22
Country: English
Date of birth: March 24th, 2003
Top ten finishes: 5 (0 wins)
Charlie Forster kickstarted his season at the DP World PGTI Open, where he finished in 13th place. This would set the tone for a positive campaign for the Englishman. An eighthplace finish at the Le Vaudreuil Golf Challenge came in July, his first top ten finish at a HotelPlanner Tour event. Late-season form is to thank though for the rookie after a thirdplace finish at the Hainan Open and another top ten at the Hangzhou Open capped a memorable two weeksand Forster will now compete for an unexpected promotion to the DP World Tour.
Joseba Torres
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 23
Country: Spain
Date of birth: February 26th, 2002
Top ten finishes: 4 (0 wins)
A late-season surge from Joseba Torres put him in a good position heading into this week. With three top tens in four appearances gaining him over 440 points, including a secondplace finish at the Hainan Open, Torres has taken advantage of some late season form to put himself on the cusp of a DP World Tour card for the first time. He needs a big week though but is certainly one to keep an eye out for.
Calum Fyfe
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 24
Country: Scotland
Date of birth: May 28th, 1997
Top ten finishes: 5 (0 wins)
It’s been another solid campaign for Calum Fyfe, who enters the Grand Final in the top 30 in the Rankings for the second straight year. The Scot has been a picture of consistency over the last two years, picking up this year where he left off last with a top three in South Africa and picking up four more top tens across the season. He will be looking to make the move into a promotion spot this year, something he wasn't able to do last time out.
Frederik Kjettrup
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 25
Country: Denmark
Date of birth: April 14th, 1985
Top ten finishes: 2 (1 win)
Frederik Kjettrup doesn't have the best made cut record this season, having made the weekend just four times this year. But when he has played 72 holes, he has earned his maiden HotelPlanner Tour title and another runner up finish over those four occasions. The Dane has made the most of it when he's had the chance, so could be a threat over 72 holes in Mallorca.
Filip Mruzek
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 26
Country: Czech Republic
Date of birth: September 22nd 1991
Top ten finishes: 2 (1 win)
Filip Mruzek’s season peaked with a win at the Interwetten Open in June, where he secured his maiden HotelPlanner Tour title with a one stroke victory over Louis Albertse. Mruzek had featured on the HotelPlanner Tour via invites before this season and earned exemption through to the end of 2027 with his win and will be looking to make up some ground this week as he bids to secure promotion to the DP World Tour.
Lorenzo Scalise
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 27
Country: Italy
Date of birth: July 18th 1995
Top ten finishes: 3 (0 wins)
Lorenzo Scalise spent a large chunk of the season in the top 45 of the Rankings, but a poor run saw him fall out of the bubble entering the final regular event of the season in China. But he played his way into the field for the Grand Final with a third place finish at the Hangzhou Open last time out, the points earned in China taking him from 52nd on the rankings to 27th, his highest position since March.
Jhared Hack
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 28
Country: America
Date of birth: August 12th 1989
Top ten finishes: 4 (0 wins)
Having finished second at the co-sanctioned DP World PGTI Open in March, Jhared Hack earned the right to feature on the Road to Mallorca this year. He followed that up with two more top ten finishes and went on to earn more starts thanks to his position on the Rankings. The American tees it up at the Grand Final for the first time and will be looking to become the latest American to flourish on the DP World Tour and beyond.
Deon Germishuys
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 29
Country: South Africa
Date of birth: November 22nd 1999
Top ten finishes: 3 (0 wins)
Deon Germishuys finished runner-up in the season Opening SDC Open, which marked a strong start of the season for the South African. He added a second top ten finish of the season at the NTT Data Pro-Am brought to you by Standard Bank just three weeks later and despite a dip in form, has always kept himself in the shout for promotion.
Barclay Brown
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 30
Country: England
Date of birth: January 23rd 2001
Top ten finishes: 4 (0 wins)
With a third place finish in his first start of the season at the Italian Challenge Open, Barclay Brown has impressed on his first full season on tour. He went on to secure a second third place finish of the season at the English Open supported by HotelPlanner and his current position of 30th on the Rankings is his lowest position all season.

Road to Mallorca Ranking: 31
Country: Germany

Top ten finishes: 3 (1 win)
After claiming the second HotelPlanner Tour win of his career at the Vierumäki Finnish Challenge supported by Finnish Golf Union, to make it two wins out of two on Finnish soil, Dominic Foos is looking to earn promotion to the DP World Tour for the first time.

Country: Germany
Date of birth: June 28th 1999
Top ten finishes: 2 (1 win)
Anton Albers has his maiden HotelPlanner Tour victory to thank for making it to the Grand Final for the second year in a row, the win coming at the Raiffeisenbank Golf Challenge in July by three strokes in an impressive display. It means he's in with a shout to reach the DP World Tour for the first time.
Ryan Van Velzen
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 33
Country: South Africa
Date of birth: October 5th 2001
Top ten finishes: 2 (1 win)
A top five in South Africa followed by a maiden HotelPlanner Tour title at the Challenge de España means Ryan Van Velzen has spent the entire season inside the top 45. The South African has no recent form to take confidence from entering this week however, without a made cut since June, so will need to turn the tables if he wants to return to the DP World Tour.
Matteo Cristoni
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 34
Country: Italy
Date of birth: February 28th 2002
Top ten finishes: 4 (0 wins)
It has been a very strong rookie season on the HotelPlanner Tour for Matteo Cristoni, with 15 out of 20 cuts made and four top tens coming across the season, with the highlight a third place finish at the Abu Dhabi Challenge to break into the top 45. The Italian made his debut on the DP World Tour this season in Italy, where he finished 11th, and will be hoping a good week in Mallorca can see him to more DP World Tour starts next year.
Bryce Easton
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 35
Country: South Africa
Date of birth: September 5th 1987
Top ten finishes: 3 (0 wins)
Bryce Easton got his season off to a hot start with a second place finish at the NTT DATA Pro-Am seeing him cruise up the Rankings. It has been a consistent season since for the South African despite him not contending often at the back end of tournaments, but two top tens to accompany the runner up mean he is in with a shout this week at Club de Golf Alcanada.
Julian Perico
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 36
Country: Peru
Date of birth: November 16th 1999
Top ten finishes: 4 (0 wins)
It has been another solid season for Julian Perico, who has reached the Grand Final in both of his seasons on the HotelPlanner Tour. His best finish was a runner up at the Swiss Challenge, with three other top tens, solidifying his spot in the top 45. Perico also became the first ever Peruvian player to make the cut at a DP World Tour event when he finished in a share of thirteenth at the Danish Golf Championship, and will be hoping he can earn more starts on Golf's Global Tour for next season this week.
Chris Wood
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 37
Country: England
Date of birth: November 26th 1987
Top ten finishes: 1 (1 win)
Chris Wood produced one of the most memorable moments of the season when he won on his first start on the HotelPlanner Tour of 2026 at the Italian Challenge Open. Wood has lacked consistency since the win, but a couple of strong weeks in China suggest he could be finding form at the right time. Having started the season on the MENA Tour, the Englishman could complete an incredible season if he reaches the DP World Tour in Spain this week.
Kristian Krogh Johannessen
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 38
Country: Norway
Date of birth: June 3rd 1995
Top ten finishes: 2 (0 wins)
Kristian Krogh Johannessen came as close as you can get to a second HotelPlanner Tour win of his career when he eventually lost an incredible seven hole play-off to John Catlin at the English Open supported by HotelPlanner. But the runner up, as well as a third place finish in his next start at the Le Vaudreuil Golf Challenge, saw him stamp his spot at this week's season finale.
Santiago Tarrio
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 39
Country: Spain
Date of birth: November 7th 1990
Top ten finishes: 3 (0 wins)
Santiago Tarrio comes to the Grand Final on home soil with two top tens this season to his name, coming with a third at the CIRCA Cape Town Open and a fifth at the Infortar Estonian Challenge. The Spaniard has an outside chance of promotion and will need an exceptional week, but he knows how to get it done, having earned promotion in 2021, and will be hoping he can do so again this week.
Julien Brun
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 40
Country: France
Date of birth: April 1st 1992
Top ten finishes: 2 (0 wins)
Entering last week's Hangzhou Open, Julien Brun was 50th in the season-long Rankings and ending his season a week earlier than we would've hoped. But rounds of 69-68-67-68 saw him to a fifth place , a ten-place rise to 40th in the Rankings and into the Grand Final. He will be hoping to capitalise on the chance and become a two-time HotelPlanner Tour graduate.
John Catlin
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 41
Country: Amercia
Date of birth: November 15 1990
Top ten finishes: 2 (1 win)
The lowest player in the top 45 with a win, John Catlin vaulted up the Rankings when he prevailed in a seven hole play-off at the English Open to secure his maiden HotelPlanner Tour title. The three-time DP World Tour winner will need a big finish this week to gain promotion, but will take confidence from having won on Spanish soil before, at Valderrama in 2020.
Jonathan Gøth-Rasmussen
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 42
Country: Denmark
Date of birth: May 22nd 1998
Top ten finishes: 2 (0 wins)
This is the first season of Jonathan Gøth-Rasmussen ‘s HotelPlanner Tour career in which the Dane hasn’t secured a win, the two-time champion prevailing in both the ‘24 and ‘25 campaigns. But strong back-to-back weeks in August, with a second place in Finland and a fifth in Sweden, mean he reaches the Grand Final for the third year running, where a victory to keep his winning streak alive would see him earn promotion.
Tadeas Tetak
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 43
Country: Slovakia
Date of birth: March 28 2000
Top ten finishes: 4 (0 wins)
Four top tens across the season, including a runner up, have made Tadeas Tetak the first Slovakian golfer ever to reach the Grand Final. Three of those top tens came in three consecutive weeks, a second place at the Swiss Challenge followed by two seventh places in Austria and England, giving him the chance to earn promotion this week.
Hurly Long
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 44
Country: Germany
Date of birth: July 21st 1995
Top ten finishes: 4 (0 wins)
Inconsistency has been Hurly Long's downfall this season. Despite four top ten finishes, a poor start to the season saw the German make the cut just once before the Le Vaudreuil Golf Challenge in July. Long, however, has not missed the cut since his 8th placed finish at the Scottish Challenge supported by the R&A, picking up back-to-back fourth place finishes.
Alex Goff
Road to Mallorca Ranking: 45
Country: America
Date of birth: March 21st 2000
Top ten finishes: 3 (0 wins)
The last man in the field for the Grand Final is Alex Goff. Despite being over 200 points behind Matthew Southgate in 15th, the American has a good chance of securing promotion with a win but will be relying on other results to go his way this week if he is to earn a DP World Tour card for next year.
