
The European Tour heads to the Middle East for the start of the Desert Swing and first port of call is Abu Dhabi for the Abu Dhabi HSBC Golf Championship. It’s the first appearance of the year for the likes of world number one Luke Donald, US Open champion Rory McIlroy and 14 time Major winner Tiger Woods. European Tour Weekly will be on the range to find out the thoughts of the players who are all hoping for success in the desert.
Martin Kaymer has won this event three times and we catch up with him as he prepares to defend his title. We also speak to Tiger Woods about his hopes for this year as he looks to reclaim the number one spot back and move ever closer to Jack Nicklaus’s record number of Major wins.
