Claimed his first European Tour victory at the second of the 2014 Hong Kong Opens, played in October, defeating Angelo Que with a par at the first play-off hole. Doubled his tally at the 2016 True Thailand Classic presented by Chang, going one better than the year before at Black Mountain Golf Club in Hua Hin. Has played on the Asian Tour since 2006, winning seven times. Was awarded 2007 Rookie of the Year honours on the Asian Tour before earning his breakthrough triumph at the Pertamina Indonesia President Invitational in 2008. Has since won titles in Singapore, Thailand, Chinese Taipei and Macau before his Hong Kong success. Based in Florida, has previously played two seasons on the US PGA Tour, in 2004 and 2005, before trying his luck further east. A keen car enthusiast, the big hitter - who topped the Asian Tour Driving Distance category on four occasions from 2009 - named his twins Aston and McLaren.
