
Victor Dubuisson, the young Frenchman widely tipped for success, holds a commanding six stroke lead in the First Qualifying Stage – Section B at Barbaroux.
Dubuisson carded a third round 73 to add to his opening 65 and 70 to lie at eight under par with Swede Jens Dantorp and Thomas Fournier of France some way back on two under par after rounds of 70 and 71 respectively.
The top 15 players and ties after the fourth round will progress to the Second Qualifying Stage at the end of November.
Swede Nicolas Johansson leads the way at Ebreichsdorf in Austria after the third round of the First Qualifying Stage – Section B.
A third round 68 took him to 11 under par 205 and three clear of Canadian Andrew Parr, who tore through the leaderboard with a 64 to move to eight under par.
The leading 14 players and ties will progress through to the Second Qualifying Stage.
