Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Childrens Tickets: These are available for children between 10 and 17 inclusive. Under 10 years are free of charge and must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Adult Tickets: These are available for anyone 18 or over
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

What can/can't I bring to the event?

No picnics / picnic hampers allowed
The use of mobile phones is permitted across the sites. There will be dedicated mobile phone zones where calls can be made and received, however phones must remain on silent at all times. The use of any cameras, computers and other electronic equipment at the Tournament Saturday & Sunday is not permitted other than with the proper accreditation. Cameras are allowed during the Pro Am on Friday.
Making or distributing broadcasts, commentary, news reports, data, results or statistics by any means in any format or media including any such by mobile phone or other wireless device is not permitted. Ticket holders consent to being photographed, filmed and recorded at the Tournament (including by CCTV), and consent to use of any such film, image or recording at the discretion of the promoter and/ or European Tour and their licensees and partners without compensation or notice.
No dogs (other than guide dogs) or other animals are permitted on the course. All promotional, commercial, political, religious or offensive items of whatever nature including, but not limited to, clothing, banners, signs, symbols and leaflets are prohibited. The ticket holder must comply with all relevant statutes, signs, safety announcements, directions of marshals/security staff and ground regulations whilst attending the Tournament. Breach of any of these conditions or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall enable the venue or event management to revoke this ticket and to eject the holder without compensation.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Tickets are non-transferable. Any transfer of this ticket will render it void. The ticket remains the property of the Tournament at all times.
Can I update my registration information?

How and when will I receive my tickets?
All tickets for this event will be print at home, you should receive your tickets as a PDF within a few hours of your purchase. Lost, stolen or damaged tickets cannot be replaced
What is the refund policy?
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Is there transport to and from the course?

Yes, there will be complimentary onsite car parking
What can I eat and drink?
There will be a varied selection of food and drink with an international flavour reflecting on the competing nations available in the Fanzone.
Disabled Facilities
Policy applies to Registered Disabled persons:
Car Parking – designated area for blue badge holders in the car park
View area on the course - A designated viewing area will be available for wheelchair users on the final green
Access to tents – all public facilities may be accessed via ramps
Toilets – There will be disabled toilets located in the fanzone
Use of buggies/Scooters – use is private scooters is discouraged but there will be appropriate off road
