Matt Wallace will be heading the field as he aims to make a successful defence of his Made in Denmark presented by FREJA title at Himmerland Golf & Spa Resort.
The World Number 25 claimed his fourth European Tour crown of his career after edging an all-English four man play-off at Silkeborg Ry Golf Club in September.
The event has been moved to May but it has not decreased the quality in the field, with a number of players travelling from New York to Farsø after teeing it up at the US PGA Championship.
Wallace is in a group who all made the trip from the United States, teeing off at 08.10am alongside South Africa's Erik van Rooyen and home favourite Lucas Bjerregaard.
Lee Westwood, who was defeated in last year's play-off, forms an all-Ryder Cup group alongside Belgium's Thomas Pieters - a winner here in 2016 - and Dane Thorbjørn Olesen, who start their first rounds at 1.20pm.
Four of the five winners of this tournament are participating this week, with 2015 champion David Horsey playing alongside Sweden's Niklas Lemke and South Africa's Haydn Porteous, who are out at 09.00am, while 2014 winner Marc Warren is off at 08.50am with England's Matt Nixon and Norway's Kristoffer Reitan.
