1.    Grew up playing shinty, representing his local club of Oban Camanachd from the age of 13 before focusing on golf at the age of 17.


2.    Lives at home in Oban with his parents and their foster children

3.    Making his Major Championship debut at Royal Portrush in his rookie season on The European Tour.

4.    Graduated from the Challenge Tour among a crop of four Scots to make the grade among the top 15 on the Rankings at the end of last season.

5.    Early signs of his talent included making history as first player to complete the double of Scottish Youths’ Championship and Scottish Boys’ Open Stroke-Play Championship in the same year in 2013.

6.    Won the Scottish Amateur Championship in 2015 before losing out in the final the Amateur Championship at Royal Porthcawl the following year.

7.    Helped Scotland to back-to-back wins in the European Championship in France in 2016

8.    Beat Cameron Champ 5&4 in the 2017 Walker Cup before turning professional


9.    In second start as a pro, he won the Sahara Kuwait Golf Championship on the MENA Tour before progressing through the Challenge Tour to the European Tour.

10.    Secured successive runner-up finishes in the Betfred British Masters and Made in Denmark in May.
